To hold a child’s spot in the classroom, one week of tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration along with a $125 registration fee. This one week of tuition and registration fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to start with us.

Tuition payments are expected to be paid in full by Friday, in advance of the following week. Tuition is due in full weekly, regardless of child’s attendance. If fees are not paid in full by 9:00am on Tuesday of the current week, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. The child’s registered spot may be terminated if no effort is made to clear the account by the second week.

Payment by check or credit card is preferred. All checks are payable to: Palm Harbor Creative Learning Academy.

There is a $35.00 fee for each returned check. After the second returned check, only cash or money order payments will be allowed.

A late dismissal charge of $5.00 per minute is enforced for all children picked up after 6:00pm.  Toddlers must be picked up by 5:30 p.m.


Parents must give the school a minimum of a 2-week notice in writing prior to withdrawing a child. Regular tuition rates will be charged during this time.
